Individual Session: 130 | hour


Policies

Cancellations/Reschedules: Please communicate as early as possible via email (preferred), phone or text if you need to cancel or reschedule a session for any reason. Any cancellation or reschedule made less than 24 hours before the beginning of the scheduled session will be billed for a full session.

No-Shows: Any session missed without notification prior to the scheduled time will be billed for the full session.

Multiple missed sessions/cancellations: If you are signed up for regular sessions and you miss or cancel 3 or more sessions during the course of a semester, we reserve the right to cancel your future sessions so we can offer the time slot to a student who needs help on a more regular basis.

Billing

Monthly invoices will be emailed. Payment is due 15 days after the invoice date. If payment is not received within 15 days of the invoice date, then a late fee of 25% of the invoice amount will be applied.
